Our Community

PQ-NE Action Group represents residents of northeast Rancho Peñasquitos, located west of the I-15 freeway and surrounding Peñasquitos Drive and Carmel Mountain Road.


The area includes approximately 3,200 homes and is characterized by:

  • Limited evacuation routes

  • Increasing housing density

  • Growing traffic congestion

  • Wildfire risk from surrounding open space

These conditions make emergency evacuation safety and responsible planning critical priorities for our neighborhood.
